The following are the terms and conditions of the “Mystery Jackpot” bingo room promotion (the “Promotion”) for www.tastybingo.com (the “Website“). • The promotion is ongoing, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when it will come to an end.
• Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who maintain an active account with the Website and who have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior and\or during the Promotion Period.
• Under the terms of this promotion, eligible players can buy a minimum of 1, and a maximum of 96 cards to each instant of the Mystery Jackpot game (“Game”).
• Game information: The 75 ball game plays daily in the Mystery Jackpot bingo room: 9am – 1pm. Tickets are 5p each.4pm – 11pm. Tickets are 10p each.
• The jackpot amount is randomly selected and ranges from £10 – £500 (the “Jackpot Amount”). Full House wins all.
• The Jackpot Amount will only be revealed 10 seconds before the Game starts. Once the Jackpot Amount has been revealed, players will no longer be able to purchase tickets to that instance of the Game.
• The jackpot prizes will be credited in real money funds into winner’s accounts immediately after winning.In case the Game get cancelled and the player claimed the ticket, the tickets will be returned to the player, in case the voucher is not expired
• If there’s more than one winner, the jackpot will be shared.
• This is a shared game. The ‘shared game basis’ enables the Company to bring together users of the Game and other players who use other games operated or owned by the Company.

General Terms

• Wagering order: when purchasing a bingo card, real money funds will always be used before bingo bonus funds.
• No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
• For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device.
• If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such an event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
• We may amend or modify the Promotion, including without limitation where required for security reasons to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
• Except as stated above, none of the bonuses granted under this Promotion may be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party.
